This is the top hat rabbit. He's from the Muppet Christmas Carol, and I've always liked him. A certain amount of flair is required to wear a top hat, and he has all the flair necessary.
EDIT: I just noticed, looking at my profile, that my Chinese zodiacal sign is, in fact, the Rabbit. Heh.
